Dimension is 40X30 - Glass in wooden Frame,
My Mother got this from her pen pal that was from Japan as a gift in the late 1960's. We have had it ever since and have no idea where her friend purchased. But the Artist name is on the lower right corner.

Thanks, Leanne. If you can send me the link to the Etsy website, I'll take a look but I'm quite certain that YOUR painting is not by Andre Derain. There were several artists whose names were Andre - I was not able to find a match to any of them.

That was the link you sent to our support department. I've looked at it and am convinced that neither that or yours are by Andre Derain. For reference, please see the signatures at this website (https://www.askart.com/auction_records/Andre_Derain/9001150/Andre_Derain.aspx) that is well respected among the fine art community (with respect, eBay and Etsy are not considered very reliable because they are often frequented by people who are dishonest or simply lacking the proper knowledge to make an appropriate attribution).
Thank you! Question if you can answer .. You said the picture worth 2 to 3 hundred.. Does that include the frame or picture only?
It's the frame and painting. The frame is more valuable - worth $150-200.
Thanks so much for your help! It was difficult to figure out who to ask and get an honest evolution. f we wanted to sell it through you how much do you charge? I know we want to try and sell, depends on the process. Thanks Again
If you marked this as "for sale," it's public and visible on our marketplace and you may receive offers you can accept/decline. I don't deal with the selling process but there are probably FAQs on one of the earlier pages outlining the process. If you still have questions, I can pass them along to our support team. Good luck and happy to help!
Thank You!
I thought that Andre Derain was the artist.. I found another Japanese painting on Etsy that signed the exact same & they stated it was Andre Derain.
The Painting is on a Art illustration board and looks like it was painted with water color . Its in a glass Frame.
