Although I am unable to confirm based on the images provided, these dolls are usually composed of fabrics and porcelain. The Kabuki doll is depicted as a Lion Dancer (Renjishi 連獅子). The dance was first perform in 1872.
The name tag on the front reading Aichi Kogyo is curious. The company is a steel manufacturer, founded in 1982. I suppose the doll was a gift to an employee at some point. The doll is likely manufactured by Kyugetsu or Nishi and Company. Both companies produced dolls during the early and mid 20th century and are considered collectible items.
