Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an americanized version of a chinese painting, possibly 1930s, signed 劉 Liu. I assume these are not actual watercolours but reproduction prints, heliogravure or similar. The estimate is based on similar sold or offered at auction.
