What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a woodblock print by Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902-1999), titled : february, the annual festival of the Fushimi Inari, from the series Twelve Months of Kyoto". Tomikichiro was born into a family of Kyoto artist and took his first steps in the artistic field with the help of his grandfather, and later studied at Kyoto School of Arts and Crafts. Similar prints by this artist appear at auctions once in a while. The estimate is based on current auction results.
