Dear Sky,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry again.
The presented object appears to be a Japanese woodblock print in ink colors on paper called ukiyo-e with the measurements of around 26 x 39 cm. This print was made by the famous Japanese artist Hiroshige ANDO (1797-1858). This print depicts a scenery from the poem by Sangi no Takamura (Ono no Takamura), from the series One Hundred Poems Explained by the Nurse (Hyakunin isshu uba ga etoki). For more background information I attach a link to the MET Museum (https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/55734).
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 600 to 1.200 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
