The presented object appears to be a woodblock print on paper ukiyo-e with the measurements of 25 x 38 cm.
This print was made by the famous Japanese artist Hiroshige ANDO (1797-1858) also known as Hiroshige UTAGAWA. This print depicts a winter landscape showing the fortifications of a castle to the right and a village in the background. This print has the title "Kameyama, Clear Weather after Snow"
