The presented object appears to be an oil on paper painting depicting a crown and assortment of text in the style of Jean-Michel Basquiat (American, 1960-1988). The work measures approximately16 x 12 cm. and has been attributed to Basquiat due to the presence of a signature along the right side of the composition. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.

Unfortunately, neither the style, the quality of the composition are comparable to authenticated works by Basquiat. The mash-up of recognized symbols is called a pastiche and is a common method employed by forgers. The "certificate of authenticity" provided by the forensic handwriting examiner is invalid, as this organization does not have the authority to issue such documentation. Handwriting analysis is also rarely accepted as evidence of authenticity in the fine art market.

Therefore, the unfortunate conclusion from this investigation is that the work of art presented is most likely a forgery, which holds no market value.
