The presented object appears to be a Winchester Model 1866 lever-action rifle with a 44-40 caliber. It has serial number # 131253 which dates this rifle into the year 1877.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 3.000 to 6.000 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

I’m sure I’ve already loaded those images and supplied you with the serial# and stamped writing on the barrel when I described the gun. The photos should also verify and document what I wrote. Can you access my description and open the photos I sent? Very confusing.
