Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be what you suggested, an oil on canvas painting by Kenneth Cadwallader. Surprisingly none of his paintings, with the exception of one, were offered on the secondary art market. This painting had a pre-estimate of 1000-2000 but sold for 300 USD plus premium ten years ago. I should add that the auctioneer misspelled the name, which might have made it too obscure to be found by Ken Cadwallader collectors. The estimate is based on the quality of the painting and paintings by comparable artist sold at auction.
