Water-stains on frame backing are from Hurricane Camille, 1969 at the home of Ora V. Long in Gulfport, MS. She purchased the framed prints while serving in the United States Air Force as a flight nurse stationed in Honolulu, HI.

The presented object appears to be a woodblock print on paper with the measurements of 23 x 29 including the frame. The print depicts a street view, has the title "Rain, Paris" (1960) and the edition 43/120. It was made and hand-signed by the Japanese artist Kiyoshi SAITO (1907-1997).
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
