Kobell "House on lake landscape"
7.5" wide x 6.75" high. Not sure which Kobell painted it because I can't tell what first letter is. I can't find signature examples to compare it to. Framed in goldish color wood frame. Pinkish clouds. House positioned dead center.
Unknown. It's been in the family for generations going back to Germany.

I agree that the signature is difficult to decipher but after looking at the works by several artists named Kobell I think this is by Franz Kobell.
