Considering the photos, this collection of items are:

An unframed Korean painting of a Sansin, the mountain spirit, and a tiger, in a garden on a pine tree (18" x 29"). The catalogue entry remarks that Sansin (Mountain Spirit) is the only Korean shamanistic deity not an adaptation from Chinese Taoist or Buddhist traditions. His power was believed to grant male progeny essential in Choson-period families. The Mountain Spirit is usually shown as here as a bearded old man accompanied by a tiger and two young attendants. This time, the attendants, which are most of the time depicted, are not painted. Unfortunately, this do not match any known artists.

The painting itself is done well, precise but not very intricately detailed. This was probably made in the 20th century. This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 300 USD.
