This appears to be what you suggested, a japanese woodblock print by Kunisada II Utagawa, 歌川 国定 (1823-1880) also known as Toyokuni IV, the print is inscribed 神芝桐谷堂 and dated 10th month year 1865, the year Kunisada I died. I couldn´t locate another print in any auction or public collection. The estimate is based on similar prints by Kunisada II offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
