What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a faded offset print after the famous painting by M.Yakovlev : "Lady with a Lamp", depicting Florence Nightingale caring for the injured in the Crimean war. This motif has been very popular and was widely published as reproduction prints and postcards. Especially during war times this would have been the appropriate wall decoration in a Red Cross office. The value would be rather small, the sentimental value it represents to you will most likely much higher.
