Landscape signed painting
There's a signature on the bottom left that looks like Harting. There is a stamp on the back of the canvas that's four arrow triangle type shapes pointing left. There's a stamp on the outside frame that I have used a quarter with for scaling purposes. Condition is mint for an oil painting that has been framed.
The painting itself without the frame is 11x14

The presented object appears to be an oil on canvas painting, depicting a mountain landscape. It measures approximately 11 x 14 inches and is signed "Harting" in the bottom left corner. The painting is framed and looks to be in good condition.
Unfortunately the name "Harting" is not known and there are many landscapes such as this on the market, including this one, which could be the same artist:
