Linen paper incased in a glass frame. Unsure of date and artist. Was my step mothers and she was an art collector so I am sure it is something.
My step mother owned it. I do not know if is has been exhibited, but my step mother was an extensive fine art collector.
Dear Joseph,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you, can you please upload a few better images without any reflection.
Thanks,
Karine
Thank you so much for being so patient.
I am still unable to read the writing underneath the picture, I am afraid. Would you mind typing the text for me and letting me know if you see an artist's name, signature, and edition number?
Thank you,
Karine
I took the print out of the frame and took more pictures whixh I hope are clearer and will give an appraisal now. I can't make out all the writing but here is what I read

Dear Joseph,
Sorry for having taken so long to reply to your inquiry.
The item presented appears to be a relatively small work on (linen) paper, possibly from the end of the 20th century. The work is unsigned. It is framed, and the condition appears to be excellent overall.
Unfortunately, I couldn't identify the artist who executed this particular work without any artist's signature.
Therefore, the estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and similar works on paper without artist attribution. The current condition (based on photographs provided) has been taken into consideration when determining the estimate.
Please note that once pieces bought at auction are in galleries, they are usually a minimum of two to three times the price paid at auction.
I hope this assists you.
Best regards,
Karine
OK I Have added many more at different angles and a close up of the writing at the bottom. Please let me know if you need anything else.
