Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a circa 1980 chinese production line painting from the "painting village" Dafen, China. The unknown chinese artist depicted an american farm building on a small hill, a tree to the left and some kind of grass type covering the hill, signed lower right "Hirsch" or similar. The canvas is most likely stapled to the stretcher. Such paintings were produced purely for home decor and have a very modest value.
