Considering the photographs, overall pattern, material and the composition, I concluded that this is a Silver Sterling Vintage Necklace with a Lapis Lazuli Center Stone and Three Smaller Amethyst Stones. The piece likely dates back to the period from 1970-1990. The center stone is clearly a typical Lapis Lazuli and the surroundering pieces are Amethysts based on their dark purple colour range and their clearly visible multi inclusions which is very common in Amethysts and not in Sapphires. The piece has a classic spring clasp, also silver sterling. The chain is likely also silver sterling. The composition of the piece is quite contemporary and very charming. It has the "925" mark underneath the pendant, which clarifies the silver material used. The piece is in very good condition without any faults.
