Late 1800s side table with gargoyle legs
This table is made my the Michigan Chair Company and dates to the late 1800s, I believe. It's heavily carved and ornate. Light damage to the top but still solid and in good shape for it's age.

Though it's hard to tell from the photo, the label that's on the underside was in use on furniture made around 1905.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique Colonial Revival style carved oak and walnut hexagonal low table
made by the Michigan Chair Co., Grand Rapids, Mich., circa 1905
Of hexagonal section, the top comprised of several small boards and relief-carved edge, raised on three cabriole legs headed with winged heads (gargoyles?), and paw feet. Underside bears remnants of a circa 1905 label for the Michigan Chair Co.

CONDITION: appears to be in generally good condition with some wear commensurate with age and use.
