The Life of Jesus was painted by Dr Ralph Lillford (Deceased) a retired fine arts professor, with paintings on display in Moscow, London, New York and Paris. Dr Lillford offered to put the artwork together for the church when the building was inaugurated in 2001. The painting shows a number of different scenes from the life of Jesus. The feeding of the 5000, The lowering the paralytic, The birth of Christ and the archangels, The Baptism of Jesus, The disciples last meal, And The Cross The gold leaf on the painting is 24 carat gold and it took Ralph six months to complete onsite. Due to its size and weight the painting was hoisted into its current place by engineers who had to certify that the painting was safe due to size and weight. The artwork is 3.7m x 4.66m wide.
