I received this as a gift 30 years ago. Was told it was hand painted including real gold on the top. Porcelain. App. 12 inches in height. If you need more info, let me know.

I have not found the name HANNON connected with Limoges in the date range verified by the mark on the bottom.

Bears W Guerin mark, 1891-1932; signed HANNON
of hexagonal section
12 inches tall
