Louis Vuitton remains a well-sought after designer and this appears to be an early piece as the leather does not bear the trademark "LV" embossment, which was introduced in 1896 - Louis Vuitton began making trunks and other luggage pieces in 1854. That trademark symbol is important to some buyers so not having it may put some buyers off. Also, some buyers like having travel stickers, some do not.
