M Burraud (Print ?)
I found a old picture, print possibly, with a signature of M Burrard, the frame is old, with a wire for hanging, on the back of this picture us writing, typing.. I'm not sure what its says, the language is foriegn.

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. The apprised object appears to be an offset print after a watercolor with unknown measurements. The watercolor which was reprinted was made by the artist Maurice BARRAUD (1889-1954). This reprint was made in the second half of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 15 to 30 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
