Dear Winston,
Thank you for your response and a Happy New Year.
I try to make the estimation without the reverse side bit I have the suspicion that the canvas is very new and white and this is the argument for an dating into the second half of the20th century.
The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with the measurements of 50.5" x 62". the painting depicts a ship with a Dutch flag and is signed with the name Luini. This name is highly possible a nom de plume and this painting was made in Asia in the second half of the 20th century for decorative purposes.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 150 to 300 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
Thank you for the info, FYI, I added an image of the rear of the painting and frame.
Dear Winston,

With kind regards,
Georg
I forgot about this which was submitted two years ago. I am just seeing you had requested further info to do the appraisal. Am I able to submit the additional photos you requested on this appraisal?
