army surplus 30 caliber 6 clips and parts
unknown
Dear John,
Thank you for your help and patience. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal.
The presented object appears to be a U.S. M-1 carabine semi-automatic carbine rifle. This carbine was manufactured by Saginaw (SG). The Saginaw S.G. carbines are amongst the most desirable examples of this model. Approximately 293,592 were manufactured. The carabine comes with 6 additional clips and other mechanical parts.
This piece is in bad to medium condition and there are damages to the stock visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 500 to 800 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
