What does this mean?

Dear Amanda,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. This is a Victorian, ca. 1900 cat shaped humidor or tobacco jar. It appears to be in good condition with no visible damge. Your piece is made out of bisque and most likely German in origin. The eyes of the cat are indeed glass. Based on recent price realizations for items similar to yours, the fair market value would be between 300 and 500 US dollars. If you have any other questions please let me know.
Thank you
Morgan
