Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be french bedroom furniture of the late 1950s or early 1960s. The combination of black ebonized wood in contrast to the flamed birch veneer has some art deco touch, but the ornaments are clearly 1950s. The NF label for quality household furniture was introduced by the french government in the 1950s. Only by chance will it be possible to identify the maker or designer. This appears to be high quality department store furniture. In general bedroom furniture is hard to sell, but this set is different and a real mid century modern enthusiast might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
