Heavy marble clock casing, the accents are either bronze or copper. Decorative lion piece on top.
18" height, 12 inch width, 8 inches depth
I purchased a home and the previous owners were collectors. This was a piece in their collection.

Based on the images and all the information, this is:
A Large clock in light marble, gilded bronzes, and lion in bronze. Most likely from 19th century ceramic, circa 1880 as these pieces were very popular and produced at that times. Elegant fireplace insert in gray veined pink marble and chiseled gilt bronze composed of a mercury pendulum clock surmounted by a lion resting.
Good condition.
