Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a print after a Marie Laurencin watercolor. The surface structure you can notice on the print is just an optical illusion.
The quality of the reproduction is excellent, but there is no market for such, these prints are purely decorative.

Unfortunately there is a sharp border at the bottom, watercolors would spread within the paper. It is not the case here. Unfortunately this is a print.
The painting is definitely a watercolour not a print.i have had it checked it has a glass cover .
