I acquired this from a professor of Uof I university in Champaign IL. He resided in DeLand, IL. I acquired this in a frame that I purchased, it had another print over it, this was in around 2013?

Dear Pamela,

Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The presented object is an offset print with the measurements of 8 x 7 inches. It depicts a street scene with houses and people sitting in a cafe. The print is signed in the plate Max. Sadly no further information regarding the biography of this artist is mentioned in reference books or similar databases. This print was made in the third quarter of the 20th century.
An estimation would be between 5 to 10 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
