Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an italian toleware flower chandelier, painted and sprayed sheet metal in the shape of various flowers, produced after 1950. Similar are still in production today. The estimate is based on similar italian light fixtures offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
