This appears to be an italian toleware flower chandelier, painted and sprayed sheet metal in the shape of pink roses and foliage, produced after 1950. Similar chandeliers are still in production today. The estimate is based on similar italian light fixtures offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
