How a book like this could survive nearly a hundred years and still look like this is amazing. The first page is what you see here is coming loose. It’s appears to be card stock, maybe it’s designed to be removed. All other pages are perfect.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
This is a hardcover book (unpaginated, 9 ½ inches x 12 ½ inches) the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studio sent to theatre owners to announce and promote their films for the 1929-1930 season. Other volumes that have sold have included full-page drawings of top MGM stars by the artist Vincentini (also known as Ted Ireland): Greta Garbo, John Gilbert, Lon Chaney, Marion Davies, Norma Shearer, William Haines, Joan Crawford, Ramon Novarro, Charles King & Bessie Love, and Buster Keaton; Full-page color ads for The Broadway Melody , The Mysterious Island , The Viking , and The Green Ghost; Full-page color ad promoting Laurel and Hardy, illustrated by the artist Al Hirschfeld; Full-page color ads promoting Our Gang and Harry Langdon; full-page color ad for College Life , illustrated by "Flapper era" artist John Held, Jr.; Two-page color ad for HallelujahThree-page color spread on Hollywood Revue of 1929.
Another issue that sold at auction was estimated at $400-600 but sold for $300 so I think this would be more appropriately valued at $250-350. Note that a retail seller would likely ask more for their copies.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
