The presented object appears to be a hand-colored lithograph by Michele Fanoli (Italian, 1807 - 1876) after Richard Caton Woodville's (American, 1825 - 1855) 1848 painting titled "Woodville Politics in an Oyster House." It measures 37.15 × 30.16 cm and appears to be in good condition, considerate of its age, based on the images provided.

As you may already know, there are several examples of this object in museum collections, including the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C: https://www.nga.gov/collection/art-object-page.197717.html

I've seen asking prices for this lithograph exceed $800 online and via antiques dealers, but we base our estimates on auction results and I've not found any direct comparables. Other works by this artist have sold for much less at auction:

...so I would set an estimated current fair market value at $150 to 200, but with the caveat that retail and asking prices can (and do!) vary.
