The presented object appears to be a print on paper with measurements of 28 x 34 inches. This print was made after a painting by the French artist Michel DELACROIX (1933). He is famous for his city views of Paris and other French cities. The signature appears to be printed because it has the same bluish undertone which is a sign of light damage to the print.
