These are shoulder boards for a Major General in the Tsarist army
These shoulder boards belonged to my great-grandfather, Konstantin Ivanovich Globachev, the last chief of the Petrograd Okhrana in Tsarist Russia. They have been handed down from my great-grandfather, to my grandfather, to my father and now to me.
