This appears to be a carnival glass marigold many stars Millersburg bowl, showing a light lustre, made by exposing the newly formed still hot pressed glass to fumes or vapours from heated metallic oxides. Each piece is sligthly different, and full rainbow colours are often most sought after by collectors. The bowl in your possession appears to be in good condtion, at first glance I don´t see any defects. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction.
