Thank your for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 1960s abstract painting, signed Lenioth or Denioth or similar, framed at Galerie Moderne at Brentano´s New York New York. The signature is very hard do decipher and variations of possible french names yielded no result. Older Exhibition catalogues of the 1960s show that the gallery was ambitious then, unfortunately I can´t come up with perfect match, a listed artist.
The estimate is based on similar small format paintings by lesser known artists sold at auction.
