What does this mean?

This is a tall antique, turn of the 19/20th century Art Nouveau style hand blown and surface acid cut etched, or cutback, Kralik Art Glass vase. It appears that the green glass may have uranium or magnesium in it which would cause it to glow under a blue light (the glass with uranium is safe).
The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
