Monkey man
It's a rock that I found on my property. It looks like a fossil of a monkey man. It has very distinct features of a human like head. It's heavier then it looks like it would be. Id love to find out what it is exactly
It's about the same size of a human head and weights about 25 pounds

I believe the object is a carved stone or cement support base for a structural post; possible for playground equipment or a deck. I believe the node at one end would have been where a metal fitting would have been placed. The form appears to have squared sides that are similar to a shoveled out form to cast a cement support. It is possible, if it is a carved stone that it was a part of the turn of the century mill or granary equipment. I do not believe it has high resale value, but would make an interesting doorstop or ornament for a garden.
