This is a vintage, late 20th century, 22" x 28" original painting in acrylic by self-promoting and self-taught artist John Runne entitled Moonlite Honky-Tonk. Runne had traded a corporate career to explore his artistic side. His works are naive, primitive and folk art in style and he promotes his work himself through charitable giving. He does not yet have a record for re-selling at auction on the secondary market. It is important to be aware that most works sold direct from an artist such as this do not retain or gain in value from the original purchase price. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
