I bought this at the glass factory that was right next to Saint Mark’s Cathedral in Vince, Italy in 1973. I watched them blowing glass there.
I bought this item myself in 1973 from the factory/store next to St. Mark’s Cathedral in Venice. There has been no other owner.

Comprising a baluster-form stoppered decanter and 6 flaring tumblers, all with gilt and enamel overlay over blue glass.
