Hi Ethan,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
This bottle shares a few close similarities - notably the fish-net pattern of the body and gilt lion's head medallion - with decanters and vases made in the Salviati studio in Venice; I'm not aware that the studio provided bottles to vintners so this could be a rare example, though without knowing what the liquid inside is, when it was bottled or by whom makes it difficult to value this specifically.
The bottle alone has a fair-market value of $150-250; given the lack of detail on the contents, the liquid inside is probably a small batch and worth an additional $100-150, making this bottle worth $250-400.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage Murano Salviati bottle of unknown spirits
early /mid 20th Century
Of circular section, the bottle with tall ribbed neck and flaring body with fishnet patterning, centering circular lion's head medallions, on a domed gilt-flecked foot bearing an original studio foil label "Hand Blown Venetian Crystal Made in Murano-Italy"; the top with sealed import tape.
17 inches tall
CONDITION: Apparently unopened.
PROVENANCE: Inherited
$ 250-400*

My mistake, it says imported brands. It has never been open, as far as I can tell.
