We came across it while shopping at a thrift store. Came framed beautifully with the ‘Tim Hinton Originals’ business card attached to the back, I’m guessing that’s where it was framed, it came sealed so we haven’t been able to open it to find out more about it. All I was able to find out is that it’s japanese silk art with gold speckles upon magnified view of the brushstrokes. I was once told what some of the stamp meant, but forgot about it after some time.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This apperas to be a late 20th century painting of a Hibiscus Flower, some characters might mean "flower, summer, day". The left part of the seal reads "seal" 印 , the right part possibly "painting" 畫. The estimate is based on similar decorative flower paintings by lesser known artists sold or offere at auction.
