What does this mean?

Dear Scott,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with the measurements of 27 x 39 inches. This is a reprint after the famous painting "The Cornonation of Napoleon" made by Jacques-Louis David (1748-1825) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronation_of_Napoleon_I). This iconic painting was reprinted often and this reprint was made in the second half of the 20th century.
Artworks of this artist were recently offered and sold on the international and national auction market.
This piece is in medium condition and there is light damage visible.
An estimation would be between 25 to 50 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
