1/2 inch wide silver bracelet with swastika symbol. No print or engraving on bracelet. Pre WWII is what I was told.
Was given to previous owner by a Native American Indian in Arizona.
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a beautiful Native American vintage bracelet. Such Native American bracelets are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
I believe the bracelet was made in the first part of the 20th century which means it is pre WW2. Design and shapewise it appears to be a Native American Navajo cuff bracelet. The markings are not silvermarkings however when looking closely at the photographs it looks like the material is silver. When pricing items like this the estimate depends on the markings - jewellery with clear and good marks have the highest value as they are easier to date and also find the maker. In this case the lack of clear marks means the demand would not be as high on items with clear marks.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the cuff bracelet has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the Native American bracelet. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
