The presented object appears to be a white metal cast eagle with a swastika with the measurements of about 2 3/4 inches tall and 4 inches wide. This eagle was the national symbol of Germany and the NSDAP during the Third Reich 1933 to 1945. This piece was cast with a white metal alloy. Because of the propaganda, many objects were decorated with such symbols of the NS mentality and rule. The exact use of this piece is unclear.
