A Gold & Gem-set White Coral Necklace, Modern
the white coral beads of round and cheese-shape, terminating in an oval clasp micro pave-set with small multi-coloured sapphires and other gemstones, 17" long overall, beads 0.5" in diameter.
Recommend testing beads and gemstones but assuming genuine.
