The Saturday, April 15, 1865, edition of the New York Herald—which first reported the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln—can be valuable, but its worth depends heavily on a few key factors: original newspapers from April 15, 1865 are valuable but facsimiles were widely reproduced in the late 19th and 20th centuries (especially for the 50th and 100th anniversaries), and are worth much less. Complete issues in excellent condition (minimal tears, clear type, no major stains) command much higher prices, while fragile or deteriorated copies drop sharply in value.
It appears you have only the front page, and it's in fairly poor condition. Other front pages of this issue - that have sold at auction - have all been in better condition and none have exceeded $500 in value; in the condition it's in, this would be likely to have a fair-market value for auction at $150-250.
