The presented object appears to be an oil on canvas painting depicting two dogs (or coyotes or wolves?) in a desert landscape at night . The work measures approximately 16 x 20 in. and has been attributed to Rufino Tamayo (Mexican, 1899-1991) due to the presence of a signature at the bottom right of the composition. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.

Unfortunately, neither the style, the quality of the composition are comparable to authenticated works by Tamayo and the supporting documentation looks quite suspicious with multiple stamps and inscriptions. Additionally, this is only the initial page of what appears to be a report -- where is the rest of it?

Therefore, the unfortunate conclusion from this investigation is that the work of art presented is most likely a forgery, which holds no market value.
